FAQS

How often do you update your online shop?

I plan to re-stock at least once a quarter but will do so more often if I generate enough work. To stay informed on new product drop dates, sign up for my email list HERE or follow me on Facebook or Instagram to get the inside scoop.

Is your work microwave and dishwasher safe?

My pieces that are intended for food are made with food-safe glazes and are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. I use my pottery in my dishwasher and microwave daily without any damage. Due to the inherent nature of ceramics, my pottery could chip or break if dropped or knocked against other hard objects, so I recommend using care when handling them.

Do you ship?

I pack and ship orders to the contiguous United States via USPS and provide tracking and insurance with each shipment. I currently do not ship overseas. Ready-to-ship pieces are mailed 1-5 business days after an order is placed.

Pottery is heavy and fragile and requires additional packaging for it to arrive undamaged. I will do my best to pack and ship pieces as safely as I can while keeping your costs as low as possible. I reuse shipping materials when I can to cut down on waste. Please take pictures of the box and contents if an item is damaged during the shipping process, and then contact me immediately.

If I'm local to Chattanooga, can I just pick up my order?

Yes. Select the local pickup option at check out and the cost of shipping will be removed. I will email you within 1-2 days of your order at the email address you provided at checkout to coordinate a date and time to meet at the Shell Station at 305 Frazier Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37405.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but I will be happy to include a gift message from you for the recipient.

 Sizing and Color Details

My pieces are all handmade and unique in size, shape, and color. I provide an approximate range of the dimensions and volume (for drinkware) with each listing. Each piece will also have variations in the glaze colors and textures. I do my best to accurately represent the work in photos, but colors can look different on some computer monitors and sizing is hard to gauge when you are looking at a picture versus in person.

Please look at the dimensions before making a purchase and contact me if you have questions about a specific piece.

Do you accept Returns and exchanges?

I want you to be 100% happy with your pottery purchase. Please read through all product descriptions and check all listing photos thoroughly before purchasing. Handmade items are special in that each piece is unique.

I will accept returns and exchanges if you contact me withing 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me before you send your piece back, so I can address the problem and let you know the best way to proceed. Buyers pay for shipping on returns.

Do you accept cancellations?

I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Do you do custom orders?

I am not accepting any custom orders currently.
